- Block Power Honed w/ Torque Plates, w/ a Sunnen CV616
- Main Align Bores Checked and Machined if Required, w/ a Sunnen CH-100
- Connecting Rods Resized with New ARP Bolts and Nuts, w/ Sunnen Rod Hone
- Crankshaft Precision Index Ground and Micro Polished to Exact Tolerances
Heads:
- Chemically Cleaned and Magnaflux Inspected
- Oven Baked to burn off all contaminants
- Airless Shot Blasted to Remove all Carbon & Rust
- New 'K-Line Bronze Bullet' Valve Guides Installed, and Precision Sized
- Hardened Exhaust Seats Installed when Required
- Precision Performance Multi-Angle Valve Job Performed, w/ Serdi 104 Machine
- New Valves Precision Ground on Serdi VVR120 Centerless Valve Refacer
- All Gasket Surfaces Machined Flat w/ a Precision 'COMEC RP1200'
- All Valve Heights & Spring Pressures Checked
Assembly:
- Engine Assembly is Fully Balanced & Blueprinted to Race Specs., then
Assembled in our "Clean Room".
