- Cylinders Bored and Honed Oversize w/ Torque Plate
- Deck Surfaces Checked and Machined if Required
- Align Bore Checked and Machined if Required
- Connecting Rods Resized with New ARP Bolts and Nuts
- Crankshaft Precision Index Ground and Micro Polished
Heads:
- Chemically Cleaned and Magnaflux Inspected
- Airless Shot Blasted to Remove all Carbon & Rust
- New Bronze Liner Valve Guides Installed
- Hardened Exhaust Seats Installed when Required
- Precision Performance 3-Angle Serdi Valve Job Performed
- All Gasket Surfaces Machined Flat
- All Valve Heights & Spring Pressures Checked
Assembly:
- Engine Assembly is Fully Balanced & Blueprinted to Race Specs., then
Assembled in our "Clean Room".
